Junior Quality Control Technician
Tara is a Junior Quality Control Technician at Cascadia Green Development, where she plays an important role in ensuring that all construction and finishing work meets our quality standards and is ready for homeowner possession. She assists with pre-inspection preparations, conducts pre-possession walkthroughs with buyers, supports appraisals, identifies and tracks deficiencies, and coordinates closely with trades to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions. Tara is currently completing a dual degree program at the University of British Columbia, pursuing a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Management, while also contributing as a full-time team member at Cascadia.
