With over 20 years of leadership in architecture, planning, and construction, Shirazeh Dabiri has successfully delivered more than 1,000 residential and mixed-use units across Canada and the Middle East. Starting her career at just 18, she has led projects ranging from bespoke single-family homes to complex, multi-phase communities exceeding 300 units.
Her career spans both private development and public sector planning, giving her a unique perspective that blends policy insight with hands-on execution. This dual expertise enables her to navigate regulatory frameworks while driving projects from concept through construction and post-occupancy with precision and accountability.
Holding a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master’s in Urban Design, and a Master’s in High-Performance Buildings, Shirazeh combines deep technical knowledge with a commitment to community-focused, financially sound development. She is recognized for her discipline, collaborative leadership, and unwavering attention to detail.
Beyond her professional work, Shirazeh finds inspiration in travel, painting, and time by the ocean—pursuits that fuel her creativity and vision.
