With a strong foundation in full-cycle accounting and project-based finance, he brings a solutions-oriented mindset to managing complex financial structures. Paraic specializes in financial modelling, process design, and aligning finance with strategic decision-making. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating structure that enables agility and precision across the organization. Outside of work, Paraic enjoys long-distance running, strength training, and playing chess.
