Jaraad is the COO of Cascadia Green Development. Jaraad oversees the development team and manages the day-to-day operations of all the projects that they move through various stages from acquisition to completion.
Jaraad has been in the development industry for over a decade, having previously led a development team of 14 with over 3000 units in various stages of approvals and construction in the Lower Mainland.
Jaraad has deep experience in all areas of development with a key focus on successful engagement with City Staff to keep projects on time and on budget. Jaraad also has significant experience in the pre-construction/construction activities needed to ensure a smooth project delivery.
Outside of the office, Jaraad keeps very active and supports the community by volunteering with the YMCA Property Foundation, New Chelsea Housing Society and FOCUS Canada.
