This project is located at the intersection of Larson Road and Bewicke, a few blocks north of Marine Drive, kitty-corner to Westview Elementary School, and a 5-minute walk to Mosquito Creek.
The building is three storeys tall, with surface parking behind the building. The project features six strata residential suites and two commercial retail units. Four of the residential suites front onto Larson Road, and two are above the commercial space. The units fronting Larson Road are adaptable, live/work suites with lock-off units (secondary suites). These units are flexible and adapt to changing household needs: the wheelchair-accessible lock-off unit can be rented out or used to house a loved one, or it could be used as a shopfront for a business.
